System on Module

NXP i.MX 8M Plus

Task: Development of a powerful System-on-Module based on the NXP i.MX 8M Plus for demanding embedded applications.
Contribution: Hardware concept and development of the module with LPDDR4, USB 3.0, PCI Express, CANBus, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI, and LVDS.
Result: Prototype of a compact, highly versatile SoM as a basis for further developments.

System on Module

TTTracker

Task: Development of an ultra-compact (16mm diameter, 15 grams) System-on-Module based on the Nordic nRF52832 for capturing biometric data.
Contribution: Hardware concept and development of the module with extensive sensors.
Result: Integration of a tracker into a table tennis racket to analyze the user's movements to improve training quality.

Embedded Firmware

Climate Chamber Control

Task: Construction of a networked control and data acquisition solution for temperature, humidity, and analog process variables in a climate chamber.
Contribution: Development of the embedded firmware (and hardware), integration of sensors, and implementation of the counterpart for visualization and operation.
Result: End-to-end system for recording, regulating, and monitoring climatic conditions for product testing with centralized operability.
